LOCK SITE FEE FEATURE
Many of our sites are guest favorites. We now have an option to guarantee a specific site number. A one-time $15 fee allows you to lock in your desired site. Our online booking system optimizes occupancy and has the potential to move your reservation to another site within your site type (it won't change your site type; e.i. Pull Thru, Regular Back In, Creek Front).

We honor any camping membership, AAA & military with a 10% discount on NIGHTLY rates only.
Discounts may be applied by checking the appropriate box under "Discount Memberships" (Membership/ID required at check-in).
Discounts will not be credited after check-in.

WEEKLY RATES
Rates include electricity, water, and septic, at each site as well as free wi-fi throughout the park. A 10% discount does not apply to weekly.
Reservation booking allows one week at a time. When booking stays longer than one week; first add the initial week into your "shopping cart" and then add any additional days/weeks.

NO Check-Ins after 9 PM - MDT (Office hours 10 AM - 8 PM - MDT)

Reservations are only able to be made in one-week increments. If booking longer than 1 week, add initial week then add any additional days/ weeks into your "shopping cart".

There are no monthly rates. For long-term stays (3+ weeks or longer) please call 406-293-8395
for availability and site reservation.
Nightly rates are subject to increase during local events (i.e. Ignite the Nites, Carving Festival)

Regardless of partial or full payment made with your reservation; ALL arrivals must check in at the front office for assistance with being parked in reserved site.
Reservation not checked in prior to office closing at 8PM MDT without prior communication will be marked as a no show and reservation will be cancelled to allow for availability. No show/cancellation policy will apply to the reservation.
CANCELLATIONS
All reservations are booked through CampLife. All cancellations regardless of notification are subject to full forfeit of the required minimum payment due, equivalent to a one-night stay and online booking surcharge fee. By reserving a space with your credit card (as required for all reservations) you are authorizing us to enforce the cancellation policy. No show reservations will be charged full reservation amount with no refund.
Camping is an outdoor experience, refunds are not given due to the discomforts of nature. No refunds are given for early departures or no satellite reception.

RV sites are not reservable to accommodate tents only.

RVs older than 2010 are required to have prior approval from staff (newer RVs do not need prior approval). For the quickest response please text a photo of the entire RVing setup to 406-293-8395 for approval or email to libby.mt.rvpark@gmail.com
