This fully furnished Woodland Chalet accommodates up to 6 people.  A master bedroom and full bath with a sliding glass door to the creek, an upstairs bedroom with full bath and private balcony, and also a bedroom with bunks and a sliding glass door to back deck.   Kitchen, dining area and living room with all the comforts of home.  Other amenities include cable TV, wireless internet and washer/dryer. 

Rates and Reservations:  We rent on a weekly basis, however we will accommodate shorter stays of 3 nights, when available.  Rates are based on a minimum stay of 6 nights for up to 6 people at $129 per night during peak season (May – Sept) and $91 per night during winter season (Oct – April).  A $10 fee for each additional person.  Rates do not include the 7% Montana Lodging Tax.  Check in time is 3:00 pm on day of arrival and check out time is 12:00 pm on day of departure.  Please call us at (406) 293-8395 or E-mail us to check availability and make your reservation. 

Deposits:  A $400 deposit is required to secure your reservation at the time reservation is made or 45 days prior to arrival date.  Upon receipt of rental payment, the security deposit will be converted to a cleaning/damage deposit.  Following a satisfactory departure inspection, your deposit will be refunded to you.  We encourage our guests to leave the chalet in the same condition in which you found it.  Payment methods accepted are credit card, cash, money orders and travelers checks. 

Cancellations and Refunds:  In the event you must cancel we will make every effort to rent your reserved time.  You may also refer someone to cover your time.   If cancellation is made 30 days prior to your arrival date and we are unable to rent your time, your $400 deposit will be forfeited, if we are able to rent your reserved time all monies will be refunded.  If cancellation is made in less than 30 days prior to your arrival date all monies will be forfeited.
